Hi Folks
Silly daft finger .I got seen today ( nice black man ) And its an Athritis Nodgle as i have had all sorts telling me what it was including a peice of dirt traped in it .But its caused by the athritis .Know that now .
Under the nodgle i was born with a bump which wriggles like a peice of extra bone .
the lot is coming off .In day surgary with 3 jabs .Which will leave a scar .And might grow back again Loveley
it gets sore and is a nusance in bed as the finger gets every where where its not needed .
Next week go for a quick vist they said not too park get someone to wait in the car to have a swap for MRSA .
THEN I AM ON THE LIST .
and it will be just weeks too wait .
So thats that .
Me being fit don,t laugh i have silly faquie in mornings don,t sleep proper and here i am doing fittness .
i am a little over waight and have a rasied BMI
But i am allready going to the health club swimming so may as well use it .I signed up too day for an NHS trainer free in my area as behind our house there is a large councl easte which ( i done homecare in ) People tend too be quite unfit lots of unemployment socal promlems its a differant life down there ..
So might as well use it .
So came home with a step counter ha ha that one keeps swiching off .Only to find i won one when i got home in the post from last week .The same so i wonder if it works ?
for 6 months now i do diet and excise .This will be fun as ( as i worked down the road ) As i will be the odd one out .True .People lifestyles are so differant on the esate ( i had promlems when working )
So keep my self to self and do it .
i have too write what i eat down so that way i get 5 fruit and veg .And count the excise .They did ask me to be part of a group doing walking and such like but i am not sure about doing that .?The reason being is people are so odd (.Having my own house and a son at uni )It makes me laugh as they think they know me .
